1. Introduction

Welcome to Maitri Foods. By accessing or ordering through our web applications, mobile platforms, or affiliated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Ordering and Delivery

All food orders are prepared fresh by our local branches and delivered by registered rider partners. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary based on weather, peak volume, or traffic conditions.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled free of charge only while in the "Placed" status prior to kitchen acceptance. Once an order is accepted and preparing in the kitchen, the order cannot be cancelled, and even if the customer cancels or declines delivery, the order amount cannot be refunded due to the perishable nature of freshly prepared meals.

4. User Accounts
